• Your child must live in Franklin County.
• You must be able to provide transportation to and from The Center

If you suspect your child has a delay and but are not yet

Preschool for Children with Delays (Center-based program, birth ages 3-6)
Here’s what you need to know
Your child must have qualified for special education services through your local school district, as well as have an Individualized Education Plan (an IEP).
We will also request your child’s Evaluation Team Report (ETR).
Your child must live in Franklin County.
You must be able to provide transportation to and from The Center.

If your child does not have an IEP and does not have special needs, there are also limited preschool spots available for typically developing peers.

Here’s what you need to know
Your child will be screened at The Center prior to placement.
Your child must live in Franklin County.
You must be able to provide transportation to and from The Center
